Uniarch Life Awareness Service Agreement

Welcome to activate Uniarch Life Awareness service.

Uniarch Life Awareness Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “agreement”) is a legal agreement between the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and us regarding Uniarch Life Awareness service. The “we” and “us” in this agreement refer to the Uniarch Life Awareness service provider Zhejiang Uniview Technologies Co., Ltd.

Please read the terms of this agreement carefully and fully understand the content of the terms, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability. We use bold fonts for your attention. You should use Uniarch Life Awareness service only after you have fully read and completely understood the terms in bold.

This agreement and the “Uniarch Life Awareness Service User Agreement” and other agreements, specifications, rules, statements, announcements, policies, etc. published by us (hereinafter collectively referred to as “other rules”) are an integral part of this agreement and you must abide by when using our service.

Your acceptance of and agreement to the terms in this agreement shall be deemed as your agreement to and acceptance of other rules, and likewise, your acceptance of and agreement to any other rules shall also be deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to the terms of this agreement.

We may change or revise this agreement from time to time, and such changes and revisions are part of the agreement. If the terms of this agreement are changed, we will show you the changed agreement in the form of push notifications, pop-up windows when you log in or upgrade the version. If you disagree with any terms of this agreement, you can stop using our service. Continuing to use our service will be deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this agreement, including but not limited to the aforementioned changes and revisions.

You acknowledge that you have full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct, have the ability to agree to and abide by this agreement, and independently assume legal responsibility for all your behaviors under this agreement. If you are not an adult or do not have the aforementioned capabilities, you must stop purchasing and using Uniarch Life Awareness service.

1. Service content

1.1 Uniarch Life Awareness service is a smart service package for users of Uniarch Life smart cameras produced by Uniview. It contains a variety of exclusive benefits. Please refer to the Uniarch Life Awareness Service page for more information about the service content. Awareness service has multiple forms and the corresponding benefits may vary. Please refer to the Uniarch Life Awareness Service page for detailed information.

1.2 The prices of Uniarch Life Awareness service may vary depending on the software version. The final price is the price displayed when you activate the service.

1.3 After you subscribe to Uniarch Life Awareness service, the actual service available to you may be different due to factors including the camera device and its firmware you are using, the software and model of your mobile phone, as well as factors of the third-party, as a result, your benefits of using Awareness service may be affected. When the foregoing situation occurs, we advise you to replace the device or upgrade the firmware and software in a timely manner. You acknowledge that you will not make any claims to us or hold us accountable.

2. Activation and termination

2.1 You agree to the terms of this agreement and pay service fees through appropriate channels to obtain the corresponding benefits.

2.2 The validity period of Uniarch Life Awareness service starts when the service is activated. The specific validity period is posted on the Uniarch Life Awareness Service page. The validity period will be extended accordingly after you renew the service within the validity period. We will terminate Awareness service if it is not renewed by any means before expiration.

2.3 When you activate Uniarch Awareness service, you should carefully check the account information, expiration date, cost and other information. You acknowledge and agree that Uniarch Life's Awareness service is a digital commodity, and the benefits take effect immediately after you complete the payment, and refund or transfer of benefits is not allowed.

2.4 You acknowledge and agree that after Awareness service is activated, you cannot waive the corresponding benefits by not using them. However, if you violate relevant management regulations, or if there is an abnormal situation with your account, we have the right to restrict or freeze your account.

2.5 We will remind you of expiration before and when the service expires. You can extend the service period by purchasing Awareness service package again.

3. Fees and renewals

3.1 Uniarch Life Awareness service fees may vary depending on the service package you purchased. We will launch special offers from time to time and post event information and prices on the Uniarch Life Awareness Services page.

3.2 If you have activated automatic renewal when you purchased Awareness service, the service will be automatically renewed when it expires. If you don’t want to renew the service, or if you don’t want automatic payment, you can turn off automatic renewal before fees of the next period are automatically deducted. 4. Account management

4.1 You can use sharing to allow other users to use Awareness service (excluding rights to set up certain functions). The camera owner still governs the use and settings of the camera.

4.2 In the event of leaked password or lost benefits due to reasons that cannot be attributed to us, we will not bear any responsibility and will not refund the service fees that we have collected. If you found your password stolen during use, you should immediately change your password or retrieve your account through management regulations.

4.3 You must not obtain the benefits by improper means, must not provide your account to a third party in any form such as lending, renting, or selling, and must not misuse the benefits for illegitimate interests. If you have inappropriate behaviors and violates the management regulations, we have the right to suspend or cancel your service without refunding the service fees that we have collected. In addition, you shall bear all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.

4.4 When using Awareness service, you must abide by the local laws, regulations and other normative documents. You must not use the network to endanger the safety and interests of other people, and must not infringe our intellectual property rights by reverse engineering or other means. If you have the above behaviors, we have the right to terminate your service without prior notice and without refunding the service fees that we have collected. And meanwhile, we have the right to protect our rights and interests by legal means.

4.5 Disputes arising from reasons attributable to you are irrelevant to us, and you should bear all the responsibilities. If such disputes damage our legitimate rights and interests, we have the right to terminate your service without prior notice and without refunding the service fees that we have collected.

5. Privacy protection

You understand and agree that we will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with Uniarch Privacy Policy.

6. Applicable laws and jurisdiction

Laws of the People's Republic of China are applicable to the interpretation and effect of this agreement and to dispute settlements. In case of disputes or controversies between you and us, the disputes or controversies should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, you agree to institute a legal proceeding in the court that has jurisdiction in the area we are located.
