Automatic Renewal Agreement

Uniarch Life Awareness Service Automatic Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “agreement”) is a legal agreement between the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and us regarding the automatic renewal of Uniarch Life Awareness service. The “we” and “us” in this agreement refer to the Uniarch Life Awareness service provider Zhejiang Uniview Technologies Co., Ltd.

Please read the terms of this agreement carefully and fully understand the content of the terms, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability. We use bold fonts for your attention. You should activate the automatic renewal function only after you have fully read and completely understood the terms in bold.

We may change or revise this agreement from time to time, and such changes and revisions are part of the agreement. If the terms of this agreement are changed, we will show you the changed agreement in the form of push notifications and pop-up windows when you log in or upgrade the version. If you disagree with any terms of this agreement, you can turn off the automatic renewal service. Your activating the automatic renewal function is deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this agreement, including but not limited to the aforementioned changes and revisions.

You acknowledge that you have full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct, have the ability to agree to and abide by this agreement, and independently assume legal responsibility for all your behaviors under this agreement. If you are not an adult or do not have the aforementioned capabilities, you must stop purchasing and using Uniarch Life Awareness services and the automatic renewal function.

This agreement is based on the “Uniarch Service Agreement” and “Uniarch Life Awareness Service Agreement”.

1. Service content

1.1 To make subscription to Uniarch Life's Awareness service more convenient, we provide the automatic renewal function. When you agree to enable the automatic renewal function, you are authorizing us to deduct the payment for purchasing the paid product again from your bound third-party payment account without verifying your payment password, SMS verification code or other information when the agreed renewal conditions are met.

1.2 This function is applicable to service packages that require regular renewal, such as Uniarch Life Awareness Basic (subscription monthly), Uniarch Life Awareness Plus (subscription monthly), Uniarch Life Awareness Pro (subscription monthly).

2. Activate automatic renewal

2.1 After you activate the automatic renewal function, relevant fees will be deducted from your Uniarch Life account through the third-party payment platform you specified.

2.2 We will automatically deduct fees of the next period within 24 hours before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and expiration date.

2.3 For failed renewals that cannot be attributed to us (such as third-party system failures, account limits, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will treat it as “expired but not renewed” and stop providing you with the corresponding service, and you are solely responsible for any possible adverse consequences.

3. Promotions and discounted prices

3.1 We may adjust product prices according to business needs or market conditions, and announce them to all users on the Uniarch Life Awareness page.

3.2 If in the subsequent automatic renewal process, the price is higher than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will obtain your consent. If the price at the time of automatic renewal is lower than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will deduct the corresponding amount directly.

4. Turn off automatic renewal

4.1 You can turn off the automatic renewal function from the system or a third-party payment account as follows:

4.1.1 iOS in iCloud payments: Setting - iTunes Store & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID – Account – Subscription, find Uniarch Life and turn off.

4.1.2 Android in Play Store payments: Mine - Subscription, find Uniarch Life and turn off.

4.2 If the path is adjusted due to operating system upgrade or other reasons and you cannot turn off automatic renewal correctly, you can consult the equipment manufacturer or system service provider.

4.3 Turning off this function is deemed your revoking authorization given to Uniview to deduct fees from the third-party payment account. However, the revocation does not affect the deductions that we have completed before the revocation, and we will provide Awareness service till the termination date of the agreement.

5. Privacy protection

You understand and agree that we will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with Uniarch Privacy Policy.

6. Applicable laws and jurisdiction

Laws of the People's Republic of China are applicable to the interpretation and effect of this agreement and to dispute settlements. In case of disputes or controversies between you and us, the disputes or controversies should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, you agree to institute a legal proceeding in the court that has jurisdiction in the area we are located.
